Orchestra Nova Honors Teachers with $10 Tickets for Season Opener
The Many Faces of Mozart
, featuring the dazzling Lindsay Deutsch

Orchestra Nova, formerly San Diego Chamber Orchestra, will open its season with three concerts at its three venues, including its newest “home,” the state-of-the-art Irwin M. Jacobs Qualcomm Hall in Sorrento Valley , beginning Friday, September 11.

Maestro Jung-Ho Pak will explore The Many Faces of Mozart as the orchestra performs three Mozart selections in three genres popular during the Classical period: Three German Dances , Violin Concerto No. 3 and Symphony No. 40. The orchestra's principal guest artist, the internationally renowned violinist Lindsay Deutsch, will join the orchestra for the violin concerto. Ms. Deutsch is exemplary of what the orchestra is all about – performing with her heart and soul in a way that connects with and inspires concert guests.

Since education is so key to its mission, the orchestra is honoring all educators and their support staffs by offering them $10 tickets to any of the three concert venues in a “back-to-school” and “thank you” promotion for this season opener. The educators will also be honored during the concert.

Student tickets are $10 all season at any of the three venues.
