Maestro Pak and Musicians Greeting Guests

The San Diego Chamber Orchestra, under the leadership of Artistic Director, Jung-Ho Pak, has just completed one of their most successful seasons ever. Since Maestro Pak’s arrival for the 2006-2007 season, the average attendance per concert has increased by 21.5%.  Concertgoers are enthusiastic about this “new generation of the classical music experience,” as exemplified by Dick Pinney who called the Orchestra’s performances “…the most exciting classical music experience in San Diego!”   

The Orchestra’s musicians reflected their excitement about performing in this Orchestra with a vivacity and connection with the audience that has become very evident to those in the audience.  “Nowhere have we ever felt such a wonderful connection between the musicians and an audience,” say Charles and Francine Frasier. To further this feeling, Pak and the musicians greet concertgoers before and after the concerts, a real rarity in the world of music performance of any genre.
