An Exclusive Tour for eNotes Subscribers

The state-of-the-art Irwin M. Jacobs Qualcomm Hall will be showcased during an exclusive tour for eNotes subscribers - a tour that will take you backstage and will dazzle you with stories and facts about how this acoustical marvel came into existence.

If you haven't yet joined up as a subscriber for the 2009-2010, mark Friday evening, August 13, on your calendar and join us on a tour of this fantastic concert hall. Come at 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. for the tours and a chance to pick your seat if you decide to become a member of our new Nova Club and subscribe for the season.

FREE! Pops At the Center, A Slice of Americana

This season's Pops Concerts, in partnership with the California Center for the Arts, will begin with a FREE August evening of music at the Grape Day Park (next to the California Center for the Arts) in Escondido. The concert, A Slice of America, with American favorites – ballads, show tunes and jazz – featuring local TV personality, jazz musician and crooner Dave Scott (from KUSI) and the orchestra. More information.

The Pops at the Center concerts are generously sponsored by Bob and Jean Will.
